There are so many different ways to grow and feed this plant that a question like this will either get a lot of different replies or will be ignored
there are soil mixes that wil grow the plant without ever adding nutes
there is organic or chemical
there is the abuse of high P formulas
there are lots of different mediums
there is the need for some technical knowledge ie; the amount of added CAL needs to be equal to the amount of sodium in the water
there is the need to understand the macro and micro nutes and how the plant uses them as well as how they interact with each other
but to answer your question,,I can at least tell you that your plants determine the "schedule" you water them when they need it and you feed them when they need it, you learn (with experience) how to read your plants and give em what they need/want when they need it. Keeping a vigilant eye out for burning (overfeeding) and deficiencies
I feed everytime I water with 1/4 strength nutes, I use a soilless mix with very good drainage and I use chemical nutes so I am in total control over what the plant gets (IMO growing organic is giving up this control)
If you refine your question by describing what methods you are going to grow with the answers could be more specific
