Help with first project

Hey guys i am a new member and looking for some help. I am a new grower and kinda just doing a fun project. It seems my plant has stopped growing for about 5-7 days and im not sure why. I also knwo it is very small for its age (4 weeks). If anyone can help with what may be wrong or how i could improve please let me know. I will post some pictures. Thanks.

not good light. stretching/stunted growth is typical. If you really want to start invest in the basics. good HID lighting is a must. also your soil seems very "heavy" . for cannibus we want light well draining soil. roots love oxygen.
what kind of ventalation do you have in your grow area?
Even if its just a project, if you invest 400-500$ your results will be much more FUN. happy growing!

Wow, don't think I've seen such a stretched out seedling. I actually can't believe it's even standing on its own lol. I agree though with machine; your lighting looks to be the problem. I had much bigger plants have a similar color to that when I used an outdoor metal halide bulb from lowes. It didn't have the right spectrum or something. You don't need any expensive HIDs to get started -- I use cheap 10 dollar fluorescents from Walmart to veg my plants and they work great -- a warm bulb and a cool bulb. I've also seen people flower out some pretty nice looking buds with cfl's. You for sure need to work on that lighting though.
