Help with Green Crack harvest window

I'm 53 days into flower w/ 6 green crack (since 12/12 flip day)

This is my first successful grow attempt, and I'm sorely lacking in experience and even more so with this strain. I know I'm getting close, but I don't want to short change myself by harvesting too early. I want a more sativa-end high, so I know I want to chop them earlier rather than later, but I was hoping someone with more experience with this strain could help me dial in harvest time with more helpful tips specific to the strain. For example, maybe wait till all pistils are orange? or, dont, because that'll be too long..? etc..

any help would be greatly appreciated!

imvho, if you want a sativa high, grow a sativa, grow it till mature, chop, dry, cure, smoke and enjoy..

if you want an inidica high, grow an indica till mature, chop, dry, cure, smoke and enjoy..
could've sworn that's what I was up to these past few months..

the OP asked for strain specific harvest tips.. I wonder, how did you think this was helpful exactly?

use your noggin... harvest when its finished..not early.. not late.. dont harvest for effect
idk why i restated what he said

anyway
as to gc

I've had a few green cracks, went 10-11 weeks i think.. very estery, bombhash. threw nanners kinda late, didn't pollinate anything else in the room..thisparticular pheno has less thickchunky nugs, smells strongly of isoamyl acetate

heres a pic when it hermed...due to tuat. it was not ran again, just an ok plant anyway.

Look for mostly cloudy trichs, and around 50% orange stigmas.

I think you have a good 2 weeks left, personally. When the top of the colas have stopped pushing white stigma out the top of the flower and the stigma on top start to turn orange, that's a good time to start looking at the trichs, in my limited experience.

I say two weeks as well. Post harvest shots. Who is the breeder? I was planning on ordering green crack from California connections.

There is nothing strain specific about when to harvest Green Crack. Get better magnification so you can see the trichomes.
A microscope that attaches to my phone camera, with a little LED light, cost me $6.99 on ebay. You can buy them all day for about $11, just do it.

No breeder. Clone only. Got hooked up from a buddy at the local grow shop. MMJ laws in my state allow for free exchange between licensed cardholders (patients) and caregivers.

As for the harvest shots? Definitely. I've posted everything on this grow @the link in my sig

New pics with a new scope. Threw in a few decent pics of the momma in flower on Day 58. I wonder how much area on each plant do most experienced growers look at before making any decisions on the overall ripeness?

You have a decent amount of clear trichomes still with many starting to go cloudy. So you are getting there but not ready yet. Keep in mind that you lose A LOT of bud size when you dry them. When I am coming into a harvest window I will scope em everyday in several spots. Every strain is a little different so you gauge them different. But if you do it every day you'll get a sense of when things are starting to change over more rapidly and that is a strong sign of being near the peak.
Edit - fewer pics but post them in large format so we can zoom please!

Great info!!! thanks for the feedback..
the thumbnail pics can be blown up full size.. click 'em, and once the slideshow view comes up, there's 2 icons in upper right corner - click the left one to view full size. VERY zoom-able

Green Crack Day 63

I think they're getting close.. a few ambers in there, but looks like the clear have nearly all clouded, or well on their way to cloud over.. I hope.
