help with late flowering

Hello folks ive moved from hydro to soil last grow and towards the end of the grow the buds didnt put on much weight instead the buds became skinny and the began growing into lots of single buds instead of one big cola. The tip of some of the buds have started to grow up from the main cola but it is mostly a srem and not much bud just a little at the tip... Wen i used hydro i had no probs but im 6 weeks into my second grow Of soil that is I dont use pH down mostly just straight drom the tap. I am feeding everyday about a litre and a half each plant im thinkin im over watering? I probably havent explained this well and will get pics if needed... Help me asap

everyone gonna ask for pics.....

if your watering once a day, then i can tell you thats way to often. need to let the pots dry out before you water again, make your roots stretch to reach the water

OK I've sorted out a couple of pics one of them reallyt shows wat im talking about any info would b greatly appreciated

As you can see the top of the bud has grown away from the main cola. One of the other main colas u can actually see through we gaps in it as the buds aren't bulking up
