Help with led strips in cab

Hi, im looking to turn my cab into personal growspace, its 75cm tall, 45cm wide and 55cm deep from the inside.

Im ordering everything from europe and led-tech sells these 50cm long stripes with 98x samsung LM301B diodes, which are quite effective on their data sheets.
If i wanted to, could i hook up like 8 or 10 of them inside, dimm them to 80w-130w range and get most lumens out of them?
Obviously not most cost effective, idea of thousand twinkling stars sounds too tempting
They also sell stripes with - 8x Osram Oslon SSL 120 Hyper Red 660nm and - 2x Osram Oslon SSL 120 Deep Blue 451nm, worth 25€ piece. Are these worth anything on a grow this small?
Am I on the right tracks here? Help starting fellow out, need plans for wife before she lets me onto hobby

You will get better help in the LED sub section in indoor growing.

However yeah sounds good. Running soft will sure improve efficiency and allow you to have them closer to plants and get great light uniformity.
I assume you know how to match up the drivers with the strips.

Lots of folks on here building strip lights using Samsung, bridgelux or cree to get inspiration from if needed.
