Help with lst

First grow, I’m running a few plants two that I topped and two I was trying to just lst. The topped ones bushed out so nice but I don’t think I quite broke apical dominance with only lst.

Do I need to bend it so low that when the top turns back up to the light it’s even with or lower than the rest?


I’ve been messing with this one for a while, I finally topped it the other day but it got long enough to bend more too.

This should do it right??



I’m assuming since I topped it that it’ll bush out regardless. I also topped a few of the branches.

They should all keep growing vertically and become colas right?

You just need to bend it out of the way and/or tuck leaves to allow light to the lower levels. It is an ongoing process but it will allow lower growth sites to become colas as well, yes.

Used in conjunction with topping, you will see faster growth from the lower sites.
