Help with my seedling

there about two weeks old, and only the one is going wrong the leaves in the middle are turning yellow here's some photo's altho not that great. oh it also has some redish brown spots at the base of the second set of leaves
. using CFL's and daylight and cool white floro's and organic potting soil. and not givng them nothing but deerpark springwater

don't use spring water use distilled only for the full grow the spots can be heat stress

what about tap water if i let it set out 24 hours?

I've heard people say to do that but I don't take any chances besides if ur using dp water you spend a small fraction buying distilled water it only costs about a buck a gallon
