Help with NPK RATIO

Can anyone help me understand NPK a little better?
I just switched to flower two days ago and I'm trying to make sure my ratio is correct before I switch from veg nutes to flower nutes.

I bought myself a copy of Jorge Cervantes "The Cannabis Encyclopedia" last year. I really enjoy having it in print form too. Chapter 21 is "Nutrients" and he has 40+ topics in the section. Chapter 20 is on "Water" and chapter 22 is "Additives."

Searching through RIU takes a bit of time but can be rewarding. For example, I found a link to this article by searching for "ratio" with a √ (check mark) in the "Search titles only" box:
