help with one week plants

my plants curve towards the light and the stem seems to be somewhat weak and flexible. they have two sets of leaves now, and are about three to four inches tall. help plz. they are on sylvania 120v spot gro bulbs

they look fine, but grow bulbs? is it a cfl? cuz if its a spot lamp, then its really inneficient, and way too hot for seedlings.

the stems will thicken up in a week or so.

get a light breeze on them as soon as they can take it to help with the heat, and flex the plants, thus thickening the stems.
