I live in NCW specifically in the Chelan valley area. I will be doing my first outdoor crops. I'm not too sure when to put them outside to allow proper flowering...I have seedlings barely sprouting and clones about 3 and 4 inches tall...any help or info would be much appreciated .....Adriana.
