so my seeds finally arrived *dances* 
, but when i started germinating one of my seeds probably literally 24hours later, i get told its going to be raining for 2 weeks straight approximately...great, thanks Australia anyway, so i thought meh ill plant it, under a light till the sun comes up.... but problem when i germinated, the stem didn't come out that much was in there for probably close to 72hours, only probably came out half a centimeter, but i planted watered, NOW the light im using just to start it was just an old around the house 100wat, i have it about 5-6 inches from the soil, been 2 days nothing has grown through the soil, any tips keep in mind im super excited and just keep checking every like hour -.-. oh p.s is it possible the seed is just dead or can they die from you over checking during the germinating process
