Help with plant sex (Pics inside)

I posted pics of a few plants the other day but the quality wasn't so good. These are a little better I focused on getting pics of one plant at a time. I believe this ones male can anyone confirm this?

Protip - Focus on the subject of the picture, not the wall behind the subjuct of the picture.
 
I see no balls or pistils on that wall you focused.. sorry.. but I think with some guidance you can figure for yourself.
same picture, just so you could see:

phase one: you see red marked green tiny leaves appearing on the stem
phase two: blue marked pistils appear from underneath red marked area
phase three: brownish marked ball in time gets bigger, but before that you see only pistils.

now if you see a ball already but no pistils. well.. you know.. unlucky.. if you see just green leaves but no nothing, then be patient. give it day or two.

I think he is confused enough on how to focus his camera , or allowing enough time for his phones camera to focus properly before pressing the "shoot" button,
I doubt if he knows that Nitro is short for nitrogen and the issue won't matter if it proves to be male....
