Help With Seed

hello,sry my english...here'my Q:...my seed has cracked open and i see white but no more than that for 2 days.the shell is lose open so,can i open it??and then what next?,has anyone experience in this situation?
im useing paper towel method.

dont open it! just plant it about 1/2 inch into some soil with the tail end down

yeah,but there's no tail yet,i'll have to wait,i hate waiting,specially when i got only one seed goin..thanks for quick answer,good forum

yeah just keep it wet and in the dark, when you see it plant it and i'd leave it under 24hr light for at least a week
