I have had limited experience with HSO But I would definitely grow some more of their gear from my experience with the single seed I have grown. I am pretty sure anything you want from them has a grow journal on here. Lots of folks growing their stuff, I know quite a few enjoy their bluedream. I think I may order some myself with their new Master Kush if I get the seed buying itch in the next couple weeks, think it drops on August 1st.

When addicted to buying seeds bad purchases are bound to happen :)

I get almost all my info from guys on here and googling and reading general gardening type stuff. Organics makes it easier too :) I don't have to worry about much anymore.

i was thinking about running RP skywalker but they only sell fems. actually that would be my first choice if i were to switch over to fem seeds

also i dont like la con too much so i wouldnt get the snowcap from dna, seems a bit harder to grow as whenever i see it at the bud shops the quality is really shoddy, either way even when ive seen it looking good and smelling good at the bud shops id still pass on it, seems leafy not anywhere near dense.

There's issues with them right now IMO, their seeds don't look mature lots of pictures in there of folks with weird looking seeds, one dude even with two seeds grown together. Apparently they are making new facilities for breeding and hopefully they will be able to get product out of Colorado. Or step up their QC in Europe.

I have been told by several reputable folks on here there is Dank in those beans though and if you're looking for OG they got it to be found, I have been tempted myself to grab some of their gear as even though the seeds look like absolute shit they seem to germ for folks. I'd wait for them to have another promo :) They have some good ones every once in a while.

Let me find the book I bought which is a classic and covers practically every thing to do with cannabis cultivation. Yes, I've seen some pretty piss poor books myself.

Eta really the end goal is to learn to read ones plants

yeah i think i was looking at their ghost og and karma bitch...

but these are strains ive never even seen in person...

in all honesty my plan is just like every other stoner out there, to get ahold of the dankest bud for a satisfying smoke and a rerun of that strain and cross it with something just as dense and dank more towards the sleep and pain medical properties. then cross the product with a sativa to increase the yield hopefully with a euphoric energetic high.
then cross that back to a low yielder indica that is worth the loss in yeild.

Karma Bitch is frequently given away as a freebie with their promo's I think it's been up 3 times in the last 6 months or so this is at attitude. I don't know what kind of time table you're on but if you can wait you can get some really good deals on their gear. Don't know if you know a place to get singles, but if you're buying a pack at $100+ freebies can help make it an easier decision :)

Pretty sure they were giving Ghost Og and Karma Bitch 5 or 6 each a few RD promo's back just for buying 1 pack, kinda kicking myself but when you're broke you're broke.

see if i got a book i would want to read something different, like really different...
something that lists all variables and not just a piece of crap with half a book on if i want good bud then do it right...
no shit right?
i dont wanna read a bunch of pages telling me to pick quality genetics...
then a bunch more insisting that i had no idea plants need nutrients in the dirt along with a scheduled watering plan to produce a healthy plant...
then after finishing that section it insists that im still too dumb to know that if i want to grow indoors ill need a light that is designed for growing...
most dont even cover all the different spectrums or lumen outputs and they are trying to convince me that if its made for growing it will work...

jezz what a load of crap most of the books are...

for sure, ill keep an eye out for the sales.

ive been putting off buying seeds for a while now because Id rather search through all the bullshit opinions and facts about some of the higher priced seeds... I really dont wanna put a bunch of money down when i can buy something that is better for cheaper... but usually in life you get what you pay for... but then again usually marijuana brings shady ass people around.

No I agree. It's an older book by Ed Rosenfeld who really is a no nonsense guy. Another writer kinda updated it. It covers literally every aspect of growing an I honestly picked that book up and read it from first page to last on a lazy Sunday. Gave me quite a few different ideas. Certainly was a good resource to have around.

That's not my plan. I let breeders breed, and even they can only get it right sometimes one out of 10 time in a pack. Others are more reliable. Your plans involve what looks to be years of hard work with no guarantee you'll like what you finish with. But if you do, is that all you intend to smoke? That would be boring to me, and has been in the past.

But then I'm lazy, and I dig a lot of variety. Good luck with your efforts.

i ment for the stoners dream to end after i mentioned getting the dankest most potent...

not the breeding part... as most people dont ever intend on breeding
