help with tent setup

1000 watts is a lot of heat but 2 600s will make even more heat. The 2 600s will cover more area but you will have to have some really good ventilation to cool those. I would recommend an 8" (around 600 cfm) centrifugal fan with intake and exhaust both outside. You will need a medium to large carbon filter to control those odors. The number of plants you grow depends on how long you veg for, what system you grow with, and how much of that room you intend to use for flowering.
