Help with the sexing

I am not even sure if these are the pictures of the right thing. The plants are all about a month old, they need to be transplanted but I am hoping to figure out the sex of them before I waste a bunch of soil on some males. Thanks for any help anyone can give, I have put numbers in the pictures.

Man I wish my camera could take pic's like that. I don't see any signs of sex except the first pic in the bottem row looks like a pod. Give them another week or so. They will usually preflower and show their sex by week 6-8...... Males always seem to show first.

Mine is just one of those canon digital elphs. I didn't know it could take close up pictures until I decided to try, there is a digital macro setting in there. I guess I am just going to have to transplant them all, I just watered last night and not even 24 hours later the pots feel really light. Maybe with the males I can just reuse the soil on something else, maybe even fill in my garden outside.

Oh and by the way, taking pictures like that is hard since the image stabilizer doesn't work in that mode. They looked really nice before I had to resize them.

Yea, definitely a bad ass camera. Yea, I would just transplant them anyways, it will be good experience for you if this is your first grow.

I also have a macro setting but I can't take pic's like that.... I was looking closer at your pics and the second one from the left on the bottem also has a pod but I can't tell if it has 2 small hairs or if those are hairs from the plant showing over the top making it look like they are coming out of the pod..... Take a closer look in a few days....

I didn't realize it retained the image names either, cool feature, most forums don't have that. I think I am going to transplant today then, I am guessing 2 gallon from my 1 gallon, I just gotta get more of the ocean forest soil, probably 2 bags for the 8 2 gallon pots.

Yea, go as big as possible. You don't want to get to the flowering stage then realize 4 weeks in you need bigger pots. Yea, that Ocean Forrest rocks!

Sure no problem, is there a way to attach it here or you could just pm me your email. By the way normal res on these are 2816x2122 and you are looking at about 40megs for all the pictures I took like this uncompressed.

I am growing under CFL so I don't want them to get too big, plus limited area. Unless about half of these turn out to be male I am going to have to engineer a bigger ligth setup.

I'm not talking about the plants being big, I mean the pots. Those roots will grow fast and want more room. Get some small as pots and you will run into problems. But 2 gallons should be enough.

Well I went down and got two big bags of fox farms and 8 10quart pots and transplanted them all. They still fit under my little fixture thing pretty well, shoulda gone with the 7 quart ones though. I can fit 6 perfect though, so maybe ill get lucky and have 6 of 8 female, but it will probably be the other way around.
