Help with upside down seedling

Hey i recently grew afew seeds and one of them had grown upside down with the root stickinggout of the ground what can i do to fix this if any1 cud help me on correcting this itd be most appreciated thanks.

that sounds pretty crazy... take a needle (anything with a thin point) and carefully sift the soil away from the plant. Once you can remove it flip up correctly and place back in the soil. Don't press the soil used to transplant back down to hard, just to the point where the seedling is fully supported.

Umm..dig it up and reorient it?
