Help working out my nuts

So iv got a bottle of B&Q's finest veg fertilizer which is 4 3 3. I know its not strong but Its all iv got. It says to use two cap fulls for every 7 litres so could i put one cap full in a two litre bottle. Or could anyone help me work this out.

Anywho, start slowly with the nutrients. Normally 1/4 what they say to use.

Pmsl, yes I was laughing a bit as I read it back. So its more just try and error with nutes? Its just iv had problems with burning and def in the past and was looking for anyway to work out how much I need. The only treeds I can find are for proper weed grow nutes brands. How come its 1/4 the amount on the bottle? Dont weed plants need more as they are a weed? I read that most people feed 10 10 10?

It is always easier to add more than to try and flush a plant that has too much. That is why I said a 1/4 strength. See how the plant reacts, give it a little more next time, see how it reacts, give it more etc. When you see the tips start to get a little burn you need to back it down. That is what I do anyhow.
