Help yellow spots on leafs

Does anyone know what these spots could be I'm A first time grower growing 1 blueberry and 1 Alaskan purple and one white widow the blueberry has now got these spots I'm now 5wks into flower using mega top and bud explosion I was first using hydro coco through veg have had the odd spot here and there but nothing this bad I'm growing in soil in 60cmx60cm tent with Mars hydro TVs 100 and 2 600 watt full spectrum cobs plus roleandro 1000watt grow light.
