my sprout was doing amazing yesterday, healthy and everything. I wake up today to check on it and it's wilted and hanging over the side. Is it savable? or do I need to replace it?

Do you have a picture? Sounds like it dampened off it so start new.

Is this sprout from seed, or is it a cutting for cloning? You're either giving too much water, or not enough. Do not throw it away. As long as it's got some green, it can recover.

With small plants, watering can be a little tricky. You want to use small nursery pots when they're little, and transplant to larger size pots as they grow. If you've got a big pot, just make sure you are watering right where the plant is, and just keep watering that spot. Don't worry about trying to soak the entire contents of the large pot (if that's what you're using).
