Help!

I’m a beginner to growing indoors just got a new tent that’s 2x4ft I was woundering how many cfl 100 watt equivalent bulbs I need to have to have enough amount of light for 2-3 plants

I think I read somewhere you'll need on the order of 50w per square ft. Persomally, I'd ditch the cfls and go for somethin with more intensity. LEDs are all the craze now, which is where I started and quickly realized that still wasnt enough. I'm running a 600w hps on an air cooled hood for flower. I'm extremely happy with the results.

In that tent 2 would prolly be all you can get in it. I got a 4x4 with one plant in it now, and the size it is, I'd be pressed to put 3 more that size with it.

2 plants in a 2x4, I'd go at least 300 watts..more watts =denser, resinous buds..
