we need more information what light are you using??? sunlight? what are you feeding her??? she looks under fed.

if you are running a light from 6am until 6pm then i am surprised that plant is not flowering. you need at least 18 hours of light per day. And you need to start feeding her, she looks under fed.
what nutrient line should i go with?

it depends, if you are using coco then i would go for canna. but if you are using soil then i would go for fox farms. just make sure you only use 1/4 of what the bottle tells you to start with and then build it up over the weeks

The plant looks about 10 days old......less than poor lighting is to blame.

nah man, don't tell him to do that lol. that plant is still healthy. it just needs a bit more light and feed and it will bounce back pretty fast

That's true for you and me, but if the OP doesn't change things his next grow will look the same as this one.
Hey bro is it a CFL bulb or halogen if halogen switch to CFL at least. halogen dont have the right light spectrum to give you're plants all the instructions it needs to grow and not enough oomf to push it past that first stage of growth.cfl warm white bulb is what you're after.then in bud you're after cfl soft white bulb.they are about same price as halogen

Give it some food and get the light as close as you can to it.
