Help

I don’t know what could be happening, I’m assuming too much nute? Not sure but it’s starting to kill some of the new growth, only been happening since the last watering, only thing I switched was adding silica. I since have watered with nothing added to hopefully flush. Good or bad. All outdoor

Those little green points are not to be worried about. The plant will accommodate on its own. They don’t need humans.
