Maybe clean out everything and make sure you’re nutrients are adequate for the growth stage :( wish i could help more but it seems like you got everything in check… what about your lights, maybe they’re a bit too strong

18 13 gallon buckets.. 14 double ended gavitas.. humidity around 50% ec about 2.6. this is a room that's been running for years that he just took over.. I'm an experienced grower but cant figure.this out.. roots look good... ph stable.. water temp good... room temp good.... does have fungus gnats but that's all I see

Is the water level dropping or staying static?
Is the EC rising, falling or staying static?
Is the PH rising, falling or staying static?

My bad. You might be the first person in history who is genuinely asking for a friend.
100% for a friend.. He bought a house from a friend that had the grow already set up.. growing.. when he took control of everything there was already plants ready to go in flower.. This is his first grow and I'm trying to help.. Eveything I'm checking seems OK.. So I'm reaching out to the community for suggestions... I grow in Coco.. never have issues..

I'm not sure at the moment.. drinking lots of water I know... Currently taking ppms down under 1000 and turning off co2 in case something there is wrong.. He bought a new controller.....

You near MI?
Sorry, I didn't notice this. Not really, but not horribly far away either. I'm from an undisclosed mountainous region in the east.

It looks like a root issue to me, but can't really tell their color in that picture. Although if you say they look good then I believe you. I've never grown in DWC or used co2, but I have had plants with root rot that looked like that.
