I just put my Phizion 600w led light in. I have the settings on veg but I’m wondering how far away I should have the light from my seedling. Check out the pics and lmk what you guys think.

Probably back it off a foot more for the next 36 hrs, let the light meet the plant gently. I would say 48 inches if your on full power

What lighting schedule would you use for seedlings?

Turn on both switches and keep the light as suggested about 48 inches away.

18/6 should be fine.
