over watered and vegged too long.
So i just watered the day i took the pics. I water 1 gallon of water roughly about every 3-4 days They are in 5 gallon pots. I wait for them to get lighter bwfore watering again. And asking becuase i am new. How can you veg for to long? These have only been vegging for 6 weeks but ive seen peoplw vwg for 6 months.

What is your feeding schedule?
Weven been using week 4 . For the last two weeks becuase we are vegging into week 6. We just used the flush last watering . They were showing slight signs of what i was thinking was mag def. We fed them two days ago and i upped the nutes by half a dose to counter the longer veg. But now im not sure if it was mag def or if i did something wrong. Just looking for some help so i dont loose them. Any suggestions?

Mag def starts lower down, if it isn't lower before its higher up its not mag def.

Could be zinc , but unless you are constantly giving wrong ph its unlikely, are you sure you're feeding ph 5.8-6.2?

The most likely thing is too low temps causing low transpiration for the amount of light their getting

You're treating your coco like soil........coco is hydroponics.
Feed daily to substantial run off.
Never use plain water and never, ever let the coco dry.
Do this and your plants will straighten out.
Contrary to what one of the above posters claimed........a full grown plant in coco cannot be over watered.

Coco holds 30% oxygen even when totally saturated. As long as the roots are established you can't overwater.
You'll never get root rot in coco as long as you feed daily and have good drainage. Your fabric pots should be elevated.

They are elevated on a pot stand that has holes all around it. Now when you say good run off. How much run off? And with a 5g pot how much water donyou think is good to water with ive beem doing eoughly a gallon a peice every watering

Shoot for at least 20% run off. Once you start feeding daily it won't take much to achieve that. I just pour until it comes out the bottom.
I grow in 2 gallon pots and feed 1/2 gallon twice a day for each plant.
