Help

Could this be root rot? Could light be getting in? I overdosed with southern ag at 1 ml per gallon it was like that for a day and i hurried up and changed the water and put way less i def overdosed with it water was brown my roots was white before i did this what should my steps be moving forward my roots be sticking to eachother my res temps are 68-70f
