i got four girls 6 weeks old im using35wcf. i switched to 500w clear light and i put it for 3hrs. and i noticed the leaves started to twist and i had put too much nutrients what should i do

any pics? without pictures its tough. is the 500 watt your talking about a floro light? or is it halogen? hps? mh? also hows the heat? is it too hot? how far is the light from your plant. if you gave it nutes and the leafs outer edges are burning up and getting crispy then you need to flush the soil with a good amount of water to wash out the nutes. what size container? if you give more info like what youve fed it?
