I have been flowering 12/12 no for about 11weeks going on 12 and the buds are just now starting to show. I have 1x150HPS 150watt cfl and 2x19w cfl (the hps was put in at about week 5 or 6).

you flowered from seed? keep flowering

sounds like some light is leaking into your box during the dark times. is this a possibility?
