I have an indoor girl whos about, id say about one month left, and i have only a few days before i have to harvest( im moving) any tips on maximyzing my yeild or potency?

The only thing that will help is more time. If you have to harvest or chop now because of the move, and you know they have a good month to go, you've pretty much answered your own question. There is no magic wand you can wave to speed up the process. Is there any way to move them to the new place without cutting them? That's your best bet, let them finish if you can. If not, then it is what it is, premature smoke that will have little effect.
