i have 1 ,8 day old outdoor weed plant, it can get pretty hot here around 35 celcius .im growing in all purpose potting mix and composted mulch.im only feeding them water up until now.the lighting is from 630 til around 8pm

in the last couple of days ive noticed that embryo leaves went yellow and slowly worked its way up to the top where it was pale green . so i decided to give it 1/4 of the recommended dose of THRIVE this morning and since then i have noticed the top growth is going green again but is still quite dull at the bottom

any advice is apreciated:leaf:

aslong as the new growth is healthy your fine, all the previous damage wont fix itself, so you wont see improvement on the leafs that are yellow already.

just realized you said embryo leafs. the plant consumes them for nutrients early on, its normal!! they always die

your embryo leafs or leaflets will die Quickly after your secondary leafs come out. they all way's die right away, just as long as your knew growth is turning green again your fine. It just needs a toehold on photosynthesis to recorrect itself

Yes these are the cotyledons. These are the plants main food source early on then as plant matures they turn yellow & die. Completely normal bro!
