i need some advice dont know if this is nute burn or defiency can someone help me out please all advice is greatly appreciated

The one leaf in the first pic looks like something had lunch, but all your leaves look wet.
Are they getting wet when you water?
You don't give any details, but they might be getting burned if your light is too close and get them wet, or if you splash them with nutes.
