Okay so this is my first time growing a plant....It is a sativa-indica hybrid. It just started budding about A month ago. It has white hairs everywhere and little tiny "nuggets". They arent really growing they have stayed about the same size for awhile now. I have the plant in a pot that is about 10x10 in. The plant is about 2 ft tall. The soil is miracle grow and i also water it every other day with a full bottle of zepherhills water. It also is in the woods hidden and when it rains i do not water it until the soil is dry. Can i still move it to a bigger pot so the roots can grow more??? How can i get it to bud faster?? And am i using the right watering metheods?? Like i said this is my first plant.

No its too late and I doubt a 2 foot plant outdoor is root bound in a pot that size.

Yeah this late into flowering it wouldn't be a good idea the transplant shock could slow it down more. The only way to speed up flowering is reduce the number of hours a day that it gets light. That's easy to do indoors(where I grow) and not so easy outdoors(where the OP grows).
