Help!!!!!!

Me and my bro started to germinate some cannabis seeds on may,25 on may,28 I planted it in a pot with some other backup seeds and placed it in my R.V that has no A.C or electricity and opened all the windows and when i left the temp was around 80 and i sprayed the area around my plant with water to cool off the area a bit and keep the humidity decent. I am wondering can my plant grow like this if not how can i fix my problems without using electricity. Sorry if this is the wrong place to put it i thought if i use the temp and light outside it would go in this forum.

Put them OUTSIDE

I was able to add a fan via a cable will it help? ps i cant put it outside

cut a hole in the top of the camper.lol can y sit it on top ? can you see it from the ground level.. thats going to be way hot ,its still early and the heat has just started..
