I've used pete's 20-20-20 rose food its ok if you have nothing else.

for cheap I like MG all purpose time release plant food. Its like $6 for a jar about a pound and half. Then when they are ready to flower I start to use the water soluable stuff. I like it and have never had any problems with it

petes is good stuff..used it till i found the hydro store. ahhh i love the hydro store....then i went foxfarm and i'm never going back..YAY!
