Help!

i'm a newbie so bare with me. This is my second grow attempt and this plant is a clone from my first grow. It's a black widow that's 3.5 weeks into 12/12 under 600watt HPS light.

Gonna need more info. Light distance/medium/temperature/feeding amount etc.. Shit like that.
