Hemp oil in place of neem

I've been using neem, karanja and canola as part of my preventive maintenance program.

Was wondering if anyone has tried using cold pressed hemp oil in place of neem? Wondering if hemp oil has any of the properties and affects of neem, or any of the other popular oils used in horticulture?

Yes and I mix a bit of my cannabis oil into my Hempseed oil, keeps the insects stoned. They become harmless
