You will get way bigger yields with less veg time/space than soil. I run 1 gallon milk jugs and average 1 1/2 strain depending from roots-1~week veg to hit the res. Maxibloom-KISS

hempy for sure over soil. what do you plan to use as your grow medium?

lucas formula is the way to go for nute regimen.

i did perlite in my tomatos last year. didn't like the small stuff much. i just finished a hempy grow indoors with growstones. i liked them. all natural and better water and air holding ability than anything. reusable and not too expensive.

Hempy is more efficient, soil is more forgiving. Don't overfeed your hempy, get some good runoff, and as stated previously, keep it simple with something like maxibloom or Lucas and don't buy 7 silly additives. I have been reusing the same chunky perlite I bought 3 years ago. Rinse the hell out of it first or your res will turn into something like cement

I combine organic soil with Hempy and do water only no nutes....a little over an ounce yield on a 1 gallon milk jug after 1 week veg from clone.

I love Hempy, it's the simplest hydroponics method that I know of....and is cheap to set-up

A wide variety of pot sizes, mediums and nutrients can be used, and hempy is more forgiving than many other hydro methods

As for soil....yeah it works great as well

hempy = fast growth -alot of ph - good for the lazy man -weed all tasts like hydro - and stoned is ok
soil= slower growth-water like once every 4 days- very fruity tasting weed each plant is diff-stoned is awesome lasts longer

Thanks a lot for the replys So your saying growstones all the way through then
check out the growstones website and read about the benefits. i'd either go with them or very large perlite. perlite is probably easier to find locally but i used amazon for growstones with free ship.
