Hi, I don't really post on these forums a lot, but I always get great information from the users here. Although I've ordered seeds in the past and never felt the need to start a thread on my experiences, I felt my recent experience using Herbies really warrants a comment. I had used Attitude in the past with good results, but for this order they didn't have the product I wanted in-stock, so I decided to go with Herbies.
To make a long story short, I was in the middle of moving at the time of the order and for whatever reason there was a problem with forwarding mail to my new address and the package got returned to the UK (as Herbies doesn't put a return address on packages, I was informed that the package would be incinerated upon arrival). Kicking myself and feeling desperate, I explained the situation to the contact at Herbies and even after explaining that it was in no way their fault, they still offered to reship the package at NO COST. I was amazed and even more thrilled today to find the seeds stealthily stashed in an envelope today. I will continue to use Herbies in the future whenever I need seeds and I would recommend the same to any of you.
I am not usually one to be overly promotional and offer free advertising, but as you can imagine I was really surprised they helped me out like that and within the cannabis-community its unfortunately difficult to find trustworthy people, so I felt the need to share my great experience with using Herbies.
