Herbies Headshop

Hey,

I know this is not the place to post this so if you need to, feel free to move this thread.

I recently bought from Herbies Headshop and I am very pleased with their delivery speed (ordered Friday and received Thursday) to Australia!
I don't know if they package it differently as its my first purchase, the seeds were in small baggies (they include free seeds every order) rolled up and stuck gently inside another bag which was filled with plastic toy soldiers which was in another seal-able bag and finally inside a small yellow shipping parcel which was walled in bubble wrap on the inside.

I am mainly writing this because I read that people receive their seeds 8 - 10 days to the US and was quite surprised to see them before the grow box!
So anyone going to buy seeds I recommend Herbies even though they are my first purchase I will stick with them.

But..... You haven't grown the beans... How do you know they'll have good green bean genes?

As soon as I get the grow box I will keep you updated (how many germinate ect)
Im just happy they came this quick

I've bought of herbies they gave me a new toy truck to play with. My seeds are germinating ATM aswell so ill keep you updated they have a good track record aswell so.

I know this thread is a few mnths old now but honestly why would you be stupid enough to discuss the stealth shipping methods of a seed company and actually describe in detail what and how the seed company did to get your seeds to you..... you ppl are morons essp Matt why would you go and stuff up other ppls chances of getting there seeds ... the fact that you got your seeds is all we need to know dont be stupid enough to post pics of the methods used and let the fake cops on here see it.

Hahaha Fake cops. Come on you really think that then you must be crazy. The cops don't come on here. What kind of fucking leads are they going to get from this site apart from what he said. Get real small fish don't flatter yourself. There is no proof of anything here other than chatter

i received my seeds and began to germinate them i also germinated 20 other unknown seeds that i had (not bought) those 20 did just fine germinated them the same way kept them in the same place but nothing with the ones i bought here...and the thing is they are not allowed to sell to you to grow but rather to preserve and as a souvenir so there's nothing I can do but cut my losses and move on. I hope others have a better experience than I did there's no reason to waste money and time...I honestly don't know if I can blame herbies about the seeds not working it may just be the manufacture...but it's the fact how can you argue against them when there policy isn't about growing...oh and also the strain was Barneys Vanilla Kush which i've heard horror stories about after I ordered them...my bad for not doing my research before hand...I'm going to have to wait to try the freebies at this point because i don't have the room for them now and don't want to waste them if the do grow

How ironic is it when you choose to revive an old thread by quoting someone called "Autopsy"?

I receive my seeds in a padded envelope, nothing in the envelope except the seeds in the original breeder packaging. Even if they open it, they can't detain them as buying/owning seeds where I am is legal (UK), its only illegal to germinate/cultivate the seed. If I buy from Holland, customs could open it and wouldn't do a damn thing, they'd probably know damn well the seeds fate, but they won't do anything about it.

Its still good practice never to have seeds or supplies bought online sent to the same address as your grow op. I have them sent to a third party address, and the third party doesn't know whats in the mail. America has a lot to learn about freedom, its surprising how a country can value something like freedom so much, yet have so little of it.

in reply to my own comment Herbies has great costumer service and does try to provide the best quality service...they did respond to me and offered to pass on my comments to barneys farm. It's unfortuante that they have to operate they way the do because of stupid laws not their fault at all...They also offered to send me 5 fem seeds with my next purchase which I wasn't really looking for just passing the feedback on to Barneys farm would have been enough but I'll take the seeds too.
