Herbies Seeds IS TRASH! (WARNING DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!)

I have been into botany my entire life and I consider myself as professional as the next guy when it comes to trying to make some premium stuff. To make a long story short I refuse to start from bag seed, and I like to order for new strains. I ordered from the attitude this year and didnt seem to get any premium seeds so I did a little research and I was recommended to Herbies Seeds. This company is by far THE most unprofessional so called seed banks I have ever dealt with. They are rude and obnoxious after obviously receiving your money they asked If I would like to have my money sent back! I sent my money off April 2nd I got a conformation email on April 22nd. It said they would be in before May 14, May 18th makes it here still no package. I email them they say it probably got action taken against it by customs like their packages get confiscated all the time!!! They emailed me twice after the 18th asking me if my address was correct and they didnt resend the package until May 20th! These are the worst type of people to spend your money with and Im trying to save anyone who has thought of spending their money with this mediocre company, go attitude or nothing at all. I have my attached photos to prove it. I mean look at this service would you want to have this type of email sent to you after you have spent over $100 of your hard earned money on only seeds!!!! I ordered and paid for the superstealth packaging and they dont even have tracking, then they sent it via airmail cheaply twice!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Does it really take 2 months and 5 emails for one freaking transaction! view the pics if you want to see the bull crap they will take you through for a couple of beans

Herbie's is great. I have gotten every order. I had a bad pack of seeds and they replaced them plus 15 freebies.

I have never had a problem with Herbies, and have always received my beans(i don't live in tha States,so I can't say about that service) but even when I bought a 10 pack of KC45 Auto(Regs) which grew to be seven footers, but never flowered, I emailed em and they sent me £50 selection of Auto Fems I was well chuffed..I was polite,they was polite and really didn't have to send Me anything..wasn't their fault tha KC45 was shite...

So let me get this straight. You ordered seeds internationally to the United States. You complain when they take a handful of days longer to arrive - and as of yet still have not one way or the other - to which herbies sends you another replacement order - even though you didn't even see the green tape (which is common and should be expected regardless of the bank you use if you order to the States internationally) and you think their service sucks and they are unprofessional?

Because from where I'm standing they have gone above and beyond for you and now you're bashing them. I don't like threads like this at all. People with completely unreasonable expectation bashing a company trying to help - which I see too often.

i think theyre doing all they possibly can to smooth it out with you in hopes of keeping you as a customer.

i like herbies pick n mix. they allow u to buy seeds not easily bought via pick n mix which is fantastic plus theres ALWAYS a nice promo deal no matter when you order .

all seedbanks have the problems youre experienxing

I hate threads like this to. I had problems and Herbie's was honest, kind, and professional. They have a passion for what they do. They care about their business.

This guy has one problem and his very first email accuses theft. They didn't lose their cool or tell him to f off. Even after being called a thief they still offer refund or reship.

How much more could you ask for? To me that's as professional as you can get.

Lol for real, and dude has obviously no real experience to be saying such malicious stuff about Herbies. They offer free seeds on competitions on most other major forums where sponsors are allowed, and you didn't even wait to see if customs had actually taken the order. Btw, I have had seeds not germ or sprout and contacted Herbie's and they sent me free stuff lol

I've used Herbies many times over the years and never had a problem. They're also one of the oldest and most respected in the industry.

To come here and start a thread, just so you can trash their reputation is really out a line, in my opinion.
Threads like this one belong in the "Romper Room". :joint:
