these are my 13 days old plants , would you please advise when can start fertilizing it ,
i have already 10-10-10 Fertilizer ist good for veg..

Id start with nutes at 3weeks, 1/4 strength then one week later 1/2 then one more week to full strength

I started after first week from sprouting, my plants were already 3 inches tall, 4-5 inches wide.
