Hermaphrodite pollenating my female?

Alright guys , so im having a bit of a dilema here. i have 2 outdoor plants one is a female and one is a hermaphrodite, i aa trying to figure out if the seeds that form on my female (which was pollenated by the herme) are gunna be hermes. i have been reading that the seeds which form on the herme (which was pollenated by itself) are most likely to be herme as well. but what about the female? if the seeds from the female are going to be useless i am thinking about just killing the herme because it seems to be producing more pollen sacks than buds ( although it has a decent sized cola bud forming at the head, and a few other popcorn sized buds. im just looking for a little bit of information to make my decision. if ANYBODY could give me a bit of guidance it would be much appreciated.:weed:

what were you feeding the hermi? did you transplant it during flowering? was the hermi stressed at all before it started showing male preflowers? if none of those happend then you have a naturally shemale plant then yeah chances are good that some of the f1 seedlings {BUT NOT ALL!} will have hermi traits. what straint are they? bagseed??? keep it real if there from schwagg

ive read that if you pollinate a female from a hermi then all seeds will be feminized and turn female...
Yes this is how males are bread out (of feminized seeds)

As far as I know hermies are females with male parts - usually caused by stress - not a genetic trait.

hes asking will the seeds on his non hermi plant have the hermi trait. and as far as i know the answer is no. those seeds should all be feminized and all turn female. i had this happen once on accident and all the seeds did turn out female. the ones on from the hermi plant i discarded.

you will get hermi seeds the hermi genetics pass on if it didn't pollinate your female yet get it outa their befor it does

this is not how feminized seeds are made, you may breed out males but your breeding in hermies

"hermie traits" is a misnomer, as I tried to explain. It's not a genetic "trait", like you said the seeds will be feminized.

And feminized seeds should turn out all female, unless the plant has been stressed.

then how do you make feminized seeds? all ive ever heard is pollinate the girl with the pollen of a hermie to make fem seeds. how do you do it?

just look foward to 75% female and 25% hermie plants because your breeding out the male traits so you shouldnt have any males bro

you need a female that WON'T hermy. hermy begets hermy.

you stress the females as much as possible, finding the one that WON'T produce male flowers. no matter how hard you stress it.

now you have a "STABLE FEMALE".

using chemicals such as CS you induce male flowers on the stable female.

the pollen from these male flowers will only have female chromosomes XX. there was never a male present so you have no male genes. no Y chromosome is ever present.

using this "FEMALE POLLEN" you pollinate the same "STABLE FEMALE" or one just like it.

being that you NEVER had ANY male genetics you should get all female seeds.

you need a Y to make a male. there is NO Y.

hope this helps.

how i do it...... i use a chemical to produce male sacks but i must say ive only done it once, and it did work but i mostly work with clones i only create seed when i need it for sum reason or another so the only way for me to make seed is to make feminized seed because no males live in my gardens............ i did cross 2 seperat females when i did it, i liked the genetics so their ya go

im pretty damn sure that the plant herme'd due to light pollution, i have an automatic security light that i forgot to turn off when i went to florida, i had already seen female charactoristics on the plant when i left so i didnt pull it out, when i returned a week later it had a nice head nugget forming as well as clusters of pollen sacks, i am pretty sure that she was interuppted durring its dark period.

thanks guys u pretty much answered my question regarding the seeds that form on my pollenated female, now im just trying to decide whether or not i wanna kill the herme, i can tell based on the size and number of flowers forming that this 5 and a half foot female is going to be a high yielder, i wish i could say the same about the hermi. the hermi looks like its not gunna yield very much buds and if i let too many more pollen sacks burst wont my female be completly riddled with seeds? i could use a bit of seed from the female but if i let the hermi finish and harvest at the end of october, wouldnt my female have a fuckload of seeds?

i havent let too many pollen sacks burst as i have been plucking them every day ( a few have burst though).......pretty much what im asking now is.... is it pointless to kill my hermi at this point or will i have just as many seeds form on my female if i kill it now or let it harvest...... its bag seed 3rd week flower

remove the hermi or kill it, i'd find some random spot and chuck her/him and just let it go on its own. it could(keyword-COULD) be some wicked lightly seeded bud in the end.
