Hermaphrodite problem

So I harvested 3 out of 7 of my plants. The other 4 are a different strain that take longer. First grow and made the mistake of over crowding my flower room with a scrog. I couldn't get in the 5x5 room at all and could barely reach to water the 3 plants at the back. Well since I couldn't monitor them as close as I would have liked to I missed one plant going hermie. It was about 50% of the lower branches pollinated on that plant. The top buds are still free of seeds right now but it still has approx 2 weeks left to flower. It also pollinated a few bud sites on a neighbouring plant that I just harvested. I pulled about 10 seeds from it that all look really good. I've read lots about hermies but still confused on this. Will the seeds off the neighbouring plant be feminized? Will the seeds off the hermied plant be feminized? Also if I cut all lower branches off the hermie carefully will I still have a chance at the top buds maturing a little more? Thanks guys.

Don't use herm seeds they will carry the herm trait. Are the male flowers all over the herm or part of the bud?

The male flowers were only on a few lower branches and I removed them. I doubt I got them all but I couldn't find any more. I thought there was a way of using a herm to pollinate to get feminised seeds? Also I should add I'm pretty sure I stressed the plant and it wasn't genetic. Pretty sure it was a light leak but no way of knowing for sure.

your seeds will feminine and fine to use some strains tend to hermie more than others but chances are it was from the light leaks

that doesn't sound like a herm it femed its self they do that sometimes when stressed.
