I would be concerned about why its revegging or whatever is happening.... So it doesnt happen to the rest.

Probably have light leaks in your flower room or the light timers are fucked

Depends, if light conditions stay the same the plant will push new nodes from out the already developed flowers.
If the light cycle is corrected the new growth will die off and the plant will continue.
Keep in mind if you do go through with revegging, that it is few weeks of a process.

Lights, temps, humidity, air circulation, are you in a tent, etc etc etc.

Cloned in the tent. But rooms, controlled, good air, humidity is controlled

Room stays at about 72, 57-58 with the humidity

I don’t think it’s a herm. I agree with the others it definitely seems to be revegging. I’m not sure you want to keep this plant. Probably not gonna produce much. Your other plants could probably use the space.
