Hermie Options....

I have a beautiful plant that is all by itself in an outdoor grow. It is about a week from harvest and I found a few balls on a lower branch. There is absolutely no danger of it polinating any of my other plants but it is such a healthy, beautiful plant and so close to ready I was wondering what my options would be. I have searched and read where most people say "kill it" if it's near other females or "make hash out of it" if you like hash..... but other than that, will it finish, cure, and smoke okay if I just leave it be? Thanks!

If it isn't pollinated by now, and doesn't pose a threat to your other girls, and only a week from harvest - don't even worry about it. Harvest it like any other lady. The bud is still good.:peace:

Yea, wouldn't worry at this point. You may get a few seeds but probably not any at this late stage.

If you have a hermi in the future that is a problem then it can be treated with a hormone which kills off the male organs in hermi plants. Dutch masters make one called 'Reverse'

everything is gravy!
the bud will still be great!
just DO NOT use the seeds!
if you do, the plants they produce will have hermi tendancies.
just eat the seeds!

Thanks folks! That's good news in my book! No seeds at this point either.

Do I need to cut the balls of for drying or curing? Do they smoke?
