Howdy. I've had my share of hermies, been dealing with a couple for the last couple weeks. I wouldn't worry much about that, you'll know if/when you get male flowers cuz they're bright yellow and they look like a bunch of bananas. The first time I had a plant herm on me, I knew as soon as I saw the nanners just cuz they look so out of place.
If you start to see boy parts on your plants, you can either toss em, or pick the flowers out with tweezers every day or 2. You might get a few seeds letting them finish, and it's a pain in the ass with bigger plants to keep hunting down the flowers, but it's usually worth it. I only trash em if they're really covered. Also, make sure you look em over outside of your grow area, under clear, non-HPS light. Yellow light + yellow flowers = hard to see. Hope that helps.
