Okay, this is my first hydro grow (drip & dwc) and I DID stress my plants by going out of town and letting the tops get burned by the lights (CFL).
BUT - at 3 weeks into flowering I have two females (a Northern Lights & a fem PPP) that have suddenly sprouted balls!
It dawned on me this morning that the only plants affected are right under a cfl UV light I mounted at the suggestion of some experienced hydro growers. I was running it around 4 hours a day - same timer as my vent fan.
IS it possible there is a connection? Or is it just a beginner's "WHY ME?" reaction.
I had great expectations for the beautiful PPP, but - it's still kind of cool 'cause it's something I have only heard about for ages and now - I have two in my own closet.
