Hermy?

Hey, guys I've been flowering for about 2 weeks now and i have a male plant (many ballz) but yet, seems to be flowering .., would a male start topping.....just looking to see if its male or female(Hermy)

Also i have a female that has not started flowering..i'm positive its female...these plants have been located next to each other....could they have switched traits
