I have a Cannabis plant atm thats going into flowering just today (switched to 12/12) i have another seed that sprouted and took of from the soil. I dont know about the new seed if its femenised or not! would it be safe to put them in the same place? will the vegitative newborn in case it turns out male when its time to flower it affect my feminised flowering plant? as in will there be pollen before flowering period in male plants?

You dont want any males getting it on with your virgins.

So you'll be sticking the new seedling in the 12/12 environment, same as the flowering plant? Do you have a space that you can veg it in for awhile?

If you have to keep it in with the flowering plant just let it grow. A plant needs a certain amount of time before it "sexually matures". Once it matures it'll show it's sex. If it's a male it'll show pollen sacks. You DO NOT want the pollen sacks to open, your female will be screwed... literally.

Since you don't know what it is, go ahead and grow it...you'll have time to pull it "if" it's a male...g/l

It would be safe as long as the plant that is male is removed as soon as you see male glands but why dont you go and buy a feminised seed.

Well the i have 5 feminised seeds, but i was smoking some purple west side and in one of the buds i got a seed! so i germinated it and it grew and it sprouted when i put it in soil! and i dont have any other space in my one room apartment to put it! So it should be safe as long as its still in Veg and no polen sacks are showing! gonna try and see what can happen! thank you guys!!

Oh and one more thing! I know its unconventional to do 12/12 for veg! but would that work?

12/12 on a seedling will force it to flower after a short time in veg stage

You can do 12/12 from seed. They stretch out a little bit, but they'll veg and go straight into flower as soon as they are ready for it. Keep it in a larger pot if you can't transplant it before it flowers.
